Orbit Terms & Refund Policy

Orbit provides personal task-management tools through a free plan, optional trial, optional paid membership and optional one-time contributions.

Plans

Orbit Plus is available for €2.99 monthly, €20 yearly, or €50 as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before checkout. The seller is the Orbit publisher, not Google.

Free trial

Eligible Free members may activate one seven-day Orbit Plus trial through ExtensionPay. No card is required, the trial does not renew automatically, and Plus access ends when the trial expires unless a plan is purchased.

Cloud Vault

Cloud Vault is a manual encrypted backup and restore feature for Plus members and active trial users. You are responsible for keeping the private passphrase safe. Orbit does not store it and cannot recover a backup if it is lost. Chrome Sync availability, capacity and delivery are provided by Google and are not guaranteed by Orbit.

Voluntary contributions

The Support Orbit page opens a direct Stripe donation page where supporters choose their one-time contribution amount; €10 is displayed only as a recommendation. Contributions are voluntary, are not tax-deductible, provide no additional service or Plus access, and do not change the free task limit.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Members can open the payment page from Orbit to manage or cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period.

Lifetime access

Lifetime means access to the current Orbit Plus product for as long as Orbit is offered and maintained; it does not promise perpetual operation of third-party services.

Refunds

Contact the publisher through the support contact shown on the Chrome Web Store listing within 14 days of purchase for a refund request. Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, usage, and the payment processor’s policies.

Availability

Features may evolve. Orbit is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.
